Auparavant, elle a cofond\u00e9 et dirig\u00e9 l'\u00e9quipe Futures de l'organisation nationale \u00e0 but non lucratif de sant\u00e9 \u00e0 domicile et de vieillissement, SE Health, en tant que future strat\u00e8ge. En 2017, elle a pass\u00e9 l'ann\u00e9e en d\u00e9tachement au REshape Health Innovation Center du centre m\u00e9dical universitaire Radboud \u00e0 Nijmegan, aux Pays-Bas, o\u00f9 elle a dirig\u00e9 plusieurs initiatives visant \u00e0 faire progresser l'innovation en sant\u00e9 dans le pays. De 2014 \u00e0 2017, Dr Khayat a dirig\u00e9 l'innovation du syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 avec MaRS Discovery District, un important centre d'innovation bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Toronto. Chez MaRS, Zayna et son \u00e9quipe ont aid\u00e9 \u00e0 ouvrir la voie \u00e0 l'adoption de l'innovation par les syst\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 en Ontario et dans le monde.<\/p>\n<p>Zayna est professeure auxiliaire \u00e0 la Rotman School of Management dans le volet Strat\u00e9gie du secteur de la sant\u00e9, o\u00f9 elle enseigne un cours de MBA en sant\u00e9 sur l'innovation des soins de sant\u00e9. Dr Khayat fait partie de la Facult\u00e9 de l'Universit\u00e9 Singularity (m\u00e9decine exponentielle) depuis 2016.
